Our team lived through Hurricane Helene, and like many in the Asheville area, we feel it's impact both personally and professionally.  As local guides who know the river intimately, we've seen how the landscape has changed and have adjusted our trips to reflect that.  While we're not here to focus on the storm, we understand that some visitors may be curious about its effects - and we're happy to share our firsthand perspective in a thoughtful, respectful way as we guide you safely down the river.
